Michael has been with FIC since the site’s inception, contributing content mainly focusing on the AL West and the Texas Rangers. He has been a diehard Rangers fan since his uncle took him to his first Major League game, a double-header between the Rangers and the (now) much-despised Yankees. He was hooked and has been ever since.

Michael has been a very active participant in fantasy sports since 2000, predominately in baseball and football, although endeavors into NBA and NHL have proved to be less than fruitful. He has authored a yearly column on drafting individual defensive players (IDP’s) in football for the past four years. This is a topic that is not widely discussed, but yet used by many fantasy players in this day and age.

Michael is involved full-time in the foodservice industry and contributes to FIC for the pure passion of fantasy sports. He resides on the edge of the desert in West Texas with his wife and three children, ages 14, 13 and four.
