News: Updating previous reports, Jeremy Reed got a second opinion on his wrist injury on Tuesday and found that it was not broken, but sprained. He resumed every baseball activity except for swinging a bat upon hearing this, and hopes to return to the lineup around Opening Day.
Views: Don't expect him to be ready for Opening Day, but this is great news for Reed, the Mariners, and his owners. He has the potential to challenge for some batting titles in his career, and has 25-30 steal potential, so mark him down as someone to try and snatch up late in your draft.
