News: Hernandez continues to struggle this Spring, and watched his average dip to a pitiful .115 through Monday's action.
Views: Watching is all he seems to be doing at the plate, as he's been in a funk all Spring. Geronimo Gil just got cut, and Javy Lopez hasn't looked much better with his move to first base (batting just .139 himself, with a handful of botches in the field), so the Orioles' catching tandem (considered to possibly be a lethal tandem in the fantasy world) has been absolutely brutal. I'm not going to get too concerned about this unless it continues for about a month into the season. Hernandez, much like the rest of his former teammates from back in his days with Oakland, tends to be kind of a slow starter anyway.
