News: Padres First Baseman Ryan Klesko will likely begin the 2006 season on the Disabled List because of a sore shoulder. Manager Bruce Bochy said that there is a "good Possibility" he will go to the DL, further stating that the team wanted Klesko closer to 100% than he currently is.
Views: If Klesko does land on the DL he could be out for as little as six games because the team could make the move retroactive to Sunday. Expect former 1st round pick Adrian Gonzalez to make the start at first against San Francisco, on Monday at Petco Park.
