News: Pujols set the record for April home runs with a game-winning solo blast in the eighth inning of St. Louis' 2-1 victory over the Washington Nationals.
Views: For those of you who were watching the game, I was the guy in the Nationals hat and Cardinals tee shirt screaming, "Why the hell would you pitch to Pujols in the eighth inning of a tie game?!?!?!?!?!" He's an absolute monster, and will continue to mash on a record-breaking pace so long as teams don't learn to treat him like Barry Bonds and give him a free pass every time he comes to the plate in a meaningful situation.
