A.J. Burnett (SP), TOR

News: Burnett was moved from the fifteen day to the sixty day disabled list on Tuesday. He has been out since April 23 after having surgery to remove bone chips from his elbow.

Views: I think we all know who the free agent bust of the offseason was at this point. Burnett has made just two starts in two months for the Jays, and hasn't exactly lived up to the 5 year, $55 million deal he signed in the offseason. The move allows the Jays to replace him on the forty man roster for the time being. Burnett will be eligible to return June 21.
