Rickie Weeks (2b), MIL

News: Weeks was placed on the disabled list Saturday retroactive to July 25 with inflammation in his wrist.

Views: It's a wonder that the Brewers made two moves in the past week to pick up some infield depth. Weeks joins SS J.J. Hardy and 3b Corey Koskie on the DL. Sources say that he will require surgery on the wrist at some point before next season, though it's unclear at this time whether he'll undergo the surgery in the next few weeks or wait until the end of the year.

Jul 30 The Brewers confirmed that Weeks (wrist) will need surgery before next season, according to the team web site.

apparently they still don't know if he's going to have surgury this season or not,this is going to hurt a few of of my teams,anyone have any more info?or is it time to grab Kendrick?
