News: With Eric Gagne's return, Otsuka will return to the setup role for the Rangers.

Views: Because of his strong ERA and WHIP, he's still a valuable reliever to have even in leagues that don't value holds. Gagne's injury history over the past couple of seasons is also an obvious reason to hang onto him. Still, don't expect for Otsuka to be racking up many saves for a while unless Goggles has pitched on back to back days.
