B.J. Ryan (RP), TOR - DL
April 15, 2007

News: Ryan was placed on the disabled list Sunday with a sprained tendon in his elbow. The injury comes on the heels of his second blown save in the past ten days.

Views: What this could say is that he's blown his arm out. The Jays are hopeful that it's just a sprain, and that's what their team trainers have concluded. He'll be visiting with Dr. James Andrews Monday in the hopes of finding out that's all it is. If it's just a sprain, Ryan could be back inside of a month. Until we know more, though, there's no timetable for his return.

So who is in line for saves here, Frasor or Marcum? Everything I read said Frasor, but Marcum gets the save tonight. Anyone know what's going on here?

Frasor.

Marcum got the save because Frasor pitched 1.1 innings last night.

Maybe they are in London or something strange. Could be bad server time or something to that effect.

Frasor looks like a good pick-up. He's currently dominating and has had some experience with closing in the past.

Same here... Can't public leagues have just 1 more DL spot?
