Views: Corpas has only allowed one run all season and has locked himself into the 8th inning role for the Rockies. He is second in the league in holds (6) to Matt Capps (7).

Man, I had this guy on my team earlier but had to drop him because I already have a SOLID relief core for holds....if anyone has room and need holds, I'd strongly recommend picking up this guy if he's available.

You know how I know that holds aren't a legit category in baseball? Manny Corpas is second in them.

I picked him up in a couple of leagues last week. To go along with the 6 holds he has 9K's in 9.2 IP with a 0.93ERA and 0.62WHIP.
