News: Ryan Church was removed during the second inning for what Manager Manny Acta deemed "not running hard enough" on a ground out.

Views: Perhaps Acta's trying to light a fire under his team? Nevertheless, no reason for concern. Church has been the team's best hitter and will likely be in the starting lineup for the next game.

Very good move on Acta's behalf. Just because they're going to lose 100 games doesn't mean they can't try as hard as possible.
