News: Zach Duke bounced back from consecutive horrible outings to post a solid seven-inning no-decision effort Wednesday night as the Pirates won, 4-3, over Houston in 16 innings.
Views: They must have put something in the water in Pittsburgh. One night after Paul Maholm's complete-game gem, Duke allows one run through seven innings and was in position for the win. He allowed six hits and just one walk while adding a strikeout. Quite the improvement over his previous two outings, where he allowed 14 runs over six innings. But he's far from being out of the doghouse.
