News: The Giants are placing Russ Ortiz on the 15-day DL with elbow neuritis in his right arm. The move is retroactive to May 2.

Views: Folks, sit back and prepare for the Tim Lincecum Experiment. He has been dominant in 31 innings in the minors. He has a 0.29 ERA and 46 Ks. It is not official yet but one can presume that Lincecum will be called up to take Ortiz's spot in the rotation.
