News: Ronny Cedeno was optioned to Triple-A Iowa on Sunday.

Views: Cedeno was the odd-man out as the Cubs called up Angel Guzman. This move was a long time coming, as Lou Piniella has stated that he wanted to add another pitcher to his staff since Alfonso Soriano returned to the lineup.

The good news for Felix Pie owners is that the move extends his time in majors.

Yeah not too surprised by this. hopefully that will give him more playing time and he can improve.
