News: Ken Griffey, Jr went 2-for-3 Thursday with his 596th HR and three RBI in the Reds' 9-5 win over Houston.

Views: This is the fifth home run for Griffey in May. Wednesday was his first hitless game of the month, as he has raised his BA from .254 to .323 this month. Let's just hope that his health allows him to keep this up.

I can't hear his name without thinking about what could have been...glad to see he's still got his stroke going though. Would love to see him eclipse 600 this season, but maybe I'm being too bold.
