Fantasy Impact: Hill should enter the season as late-round pick in most leagues, but keep an eye on the former Maryland Terapin. In nine games under center last season, he threw for a respectful 2,046 yards and 13 touchdowns (87.5 QB rating). Consider him a second quarterback with a high upside.
