Pigskin and Hogwash: Peyton: Naughty or Nice?
I kind of like Peyton Manning. I don’t have him on any of my fantasy teams or anything, I just... |

Very Similar to pork, my matchup was vs the 1st place team in our FIC league. He was 13-1 and had Peyton Manning. He carried him all year. Peyton only had 1 td last week, so I beat the 1st place team. That was pretty stunning considering my record and seed (7-7, 4th seed in playoffs) but I won, and now am looking to win the championship after finishing the regular season at .500. lol. Its not about how you start, its how you finish, and literally I started 0-3 and 1-4. |

Oh, man, a .500 team taking the championship, very nice. We have a 3 playing an 8 seed for the championship which could mean a sub .500 team in ours. And you're definitely right, the 8 seed made a late trade for Randy Moss, picked up Volek and has been absolutely scorching in the playoffs. |

What is funny about my league is the top two seeds were upset. I beat the 2 seed and the 4 seed beat the 1 seed. So there is two 7-7 and 7-7 teams in the championship game this week. |

I actually had Peyton Manning this past week... AND WON! Oddly enough, I was losing with only a couple minutes left in the fantasy football week when, all of a sudden, the Pats Defense (whom my opponent started) completely imploded, costing my opponent's team points and giving me a 2 point victory. Pretty sweet. Oh and by the way, I am the #1 seed, have a nasty record, and will not only start strong, but finish strong as well. |

Yikes, a .500 team winning taking it all? So....now there's parity in fantasy football!

ironically, the last place team in our league had peyton manning, so there wasn't much to worry about there. Even better, I lost T.O., and my QB was McNabb, making him useless, AND I still won the championship, thanks to LT, Tiki and Warrick Dunn. |
