News: David Riske changes Sox as Boston traded him to Chicago for minor-league RP Javier Lopez
Views: "David Riske changes Sox." Don't you hate that phrase? I just had to use it, though.
If Riske's healthy, this is a steal for the White Sox. He has missed six weeks with a back strain, but when healthy, he's one of the leagues better middle relievers.
Lopez was 0.55 ERA with 12 saves at Triple-A Charlotte. The lefty will be used in the Red Sox bullpen.

When healthy he is productive. I will have to keep an eye on him.

A lefty? In the sox bullpen? What a plesant surprise. Riske is pretty decent when healthy but hes done squat for us. The leftys worth the gamble, as DINARDO can't be our only lefty. :/
