Baseball Player News: Kelvim Escobar (SP), ANA

News: Escobar, on the disabled list since July 7 with elbow irritation, threw a successful bullpen session this afternoon. He's expected to be ready to go when he's eligible to come off the disabled list on Saturday.
Views: Hopefully the rest will help him come back strong. Escobar had allowed eleven runs in seventeen-plus innings before hitting the DL. |
