News: Kansas City traded Graffanino to Milwaukee yesterday for swingman Jorge De la Rosa.
Views: Graffanino gives the Brew Crew some infield depth that they desperately need with Corey Koskie and J.J. Hardy on the disabled list. Toss in Rickie Weeks' recent wrist injury, and the club found itself without three quarters of its starting infield. Graffanino has hit .266 with 5 homers in 220 AB with the Royals this season.
Expect a little less playing time in Milwaukee for T-Graff, but he should be a valuable pickup for the Brewers because of his versatility. There's still not much fantasy value here, though.

Excellent trade. De la Rosa was going no where fast with the Brewers. Bill Hall was supposed to fill the backup-everything role but injuries forced him to start at SS (offensive upgrade for sure though) but the Brewers have little to no ML-ready minor leaguers so this is excellent.
