News: The Seattle Mariners are going to use Brandon Morrow to take Felix Hernandez' place in the rotation.
Views: I can't believe this is going to work out well. It doesn't seem as though Morrow has pitched any long stints at all this year. We'll see what happens but I'm not too optimistic about this adventure.

I read some place that Morrow has not pitcher longer than three innings in a game for a few years? I dont know if that is right or wrong.
I can't speak to that, but I know he didn't start regularly in college until his last year. I've got to imagine he threw more than three innings in those starts, but without doing a little digging, I don't know. Either way, I know he doesn't have a lot of experience and he wasn't preparing for this during S/T or anything.

Ok, it might have been Spring Training then. That would make more sense to me. I would imagine he will only be allowed to throw 70-80 pitches then. Who knows, he could be good.
