Baseball Player News: John Maine (SP), NYM

News: John Maine allowed just one run and struck out five in 7 2/3 innings in Monday's win against the Rockies. He improved his record to 3-0 on the the season with the win and now has an ERA of 1.71.
Views: Maine has been filthy so far. Though he has had some trouble with his control, he has worked out of jams and has solidified himself as reliable fantasy starter. Not to mention, he looks like one of the best pitchers in the NL. |
