News: Jeff Suppan pitched eight brilliant shutout innings against the Cubs Tuesday, rolling to a 4-1 Brewer win.
Views: Suppan scattered eight hits and a walk and struck out three. Out of 115 pitches, 78 were for strikes. This was his third straight win as he improved to 3-2 with a 2.97 ERA and 1.41 WHIP. If you can handle the hit in WHIP (and the normalizing of his ERA), he should find a spot on a medium-deep league team. |
