Baseball Player News: John Smoltz (SP), ATL

News: According to ESPN.com, the Braves and John Smoltz have come to terms on a one year contract extension. The contract also has options for 2009 and 2010.
Views: 39-year-old Smoltz is still one the premier pitchers in the league. There is no doubt that he'll have a few more successful seasons in a Braves uniform. |

Im gonna say I love this era in baseball.
all of these guys are still doing it and doing it pretty well.
