News: Jose Bautista went 2-for-3 Thursday night, including a two-run home run, to propel the Pirates to a 4-2 victory over the Brewers.
Views: Bautista's blast sparked a four-run seventh that made the difference in the game. Bautista had been hitting well since becoming the team's 3B, but the 2-for-3 night broke a three-game hitless string for him, raising his average to .287. While his BA will lower some, hopefully his second homer of the year will spark some more long balls for him. |
