News: Gordon was 2-for-5, scored the game-winning run, and stole his third base of the week in Sunday's 10-5 extra inning win over the Colorado Rockies. He extended his modest hit streak to a career-best four games in the win, and has now hit safely in six of his past seven.
Views: Considered the top prospect in all of baseball heading into the season, Gordon left a sour taste in many a fantasy owner's mouth with his slow start. While this certainly doesn't qualify as a hot streak by any means, he seems like he's starting to get into a bit more of a groove. Consider them baby steps, and at least take solace in the fact that he's finding ways to make a difference on the basepaths. He's going to evolve into a star, but it's apparently going to take a lot longer than many of us expected. No matter what you do, don't give up on him in keeper leagues.
