News: David Eckstein, who missed the last week of May with a sore back, went 3-for-4 with a RS and an RBI in the Cardinals' 4-3 win over Cincinnati Tuesday.
Views: Eckstein, who shook off a ding on the elbow Sunday off a pitch from Roy Oswalt, has played well since his return. He has gone six-for-11 over the last three games and has improved his BA from .277 to .295. |
