my guess is you have had some REALLY bad luck because in a 12 team league your squad is stacked
qb-- cutler has been a total beast
wr- to/marshall are INSANE combo, and your have a very solid option at #3 with tory holt
rb- steven jackson is as good as it gets
your bench is very strong with lots of options in matchups, but I like your trade idea to upgrade your WR with wayned
I say be steady and I think your team will certainly make the playoffs and be a real tough out
