Minnesota @ Chicago- The one game playoff

I may be the only one watcing and caring about the game, but atleast give me some feedback as I rant.

Blackburn VS The Danks

Personally, I would have gone with Liriano on 3 days rest. I don't think he has faced the White Sox this year, and he probably is our best pitcher against a HR hitting team. He keeps most of his pitches low, no matter how many tells he has. I don't think there is any way to predict this game. Both teams have hit the wall in the past month, and both pitchers are pitching the biggest game of their lives, and are pitching the latest into the season than they have ever had.

I don't believe in the Twins at this point, but we have the best manager in the league, 10X better than Ozzie nowadays. If Morneau found his swing again during the off day, the Twins win handily. If Morneau doesn't produce tonight, the Twins lose.

Sidenote: Does Morneaus performance tonight count towards MVP voting? I know I have already receded my vote from him, but if he hits 2 HR's and has 5 RBI and the Twins win, do the voters look at that? If he does, I think he deserves MVP. Yup, based on 1 game I would give my MVP to him. No one else deserves it, and he has topflight numbers vs any other competing team.

I'm excited for this game. I really think it will sort of be like the game last year, where Colorado started Fogg, but didn't necessarily depend on him. If Blackburn pitches well, great, if not, they have about fifteen + guys there to relieve him early. I don't know if Liriano's available, I'm assuming he's being saved for game one.

I'm rooting Minnesota. I don't know why, but I just don't like the Chicago White Sox. Bland kind of team, nothing exciting. I'd prefer to see the Twins in the playoffs.

Honestly, idk how anyone can like the white sox or ozzie.

I do. The guy speaks his mind and will never sugarcoat anything. Just ask Javier Vazquez.

Dont like Sox though.
