4th Place in AL East, 30-34
Latest Team News
Interleague play hasn't been kind to the Orioles. Facing the Astros, Cardinals and Cubs...the O's have gone 2-7. The still sit in 4th place in the AL East, 6.5 games behind the Yankees. Rodrigo Lopez, who has been on the DL since May 1st with a strained oblique muscle, is likely going to return to the mound on June 15th. With Lopez returning the O's will likely send Travis Driskill to AAA Ottawa and Pat Hentgen or Rick Helling will be moving to the bullpen. Even though Sidney Ponson is having a breakout season, many expect him to be dealt before the July 31 trade deadline. If he gets traded to a contender, his fantasy value will rise considerably.
