Fantasy Impact: Hill wasn't likely to make much of an impact this season anyway. However, the fact that it means that two of Jordan Zimmermann, Shairon Martis, and Colin Balester will probably break camp in the rotation is a plus for NL-Only owners. Beimel is a nice option in holds leagues, though his mixed league value is probably limited to leagues that carry the category. He's a fine NL-Only bullpen option.

Though it certainly won't completely close the books on this ugly chapter in Washington Nationals' history, GM Jim Bowden resigned Sunday.
