One of the more distinctive parks in the bigs, Minute Maid Park is the home to the Crawford boxes in left and a ridiculously deep wall in center. The 315' in left produce 10% more home runs overall -- that's mostly offset by the poorer offensive numbers when balls are hit to right.
With regard to weather, Houston has subtropical vibes that tends to leave it fairly humid year-round. The summers are hot and never-ending, letting fly balls cruise that much further. Of course, being a dome, any extreme weather days will be quickly offset by the protecting roof.
